Physical exercises play a crucial role in the relationship and the revival of healthy and equine life. Our ancestors were nomads, always on the move. Unfortunately, we inherited their DNA: That´s the reason why sedentary lifestyles have become the leading cause of death today or the increasing spread of autoimmune diseases (heart attack, diabetes, rheumatism, Obesity ….) Regular physical activity has been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure. It also helps to maintain and maintain bone mass, thus preventing the risks of osteoporosis. Muscle building during sport helps combat low back pain, chronic inflammatory rheumatism, as well as joint pain and morning blockages. The practice of physical exercise is an essential element in strengthening the immune function: the cells multiply easily, the mitochondria will be more regorged with energy and have positive consequences on our well-being. Oxidative stress will be reduced, we will have positive consequences on our psychology as it alleviates neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, depression, anxiety, and promotes restful sleep. Sport improves endurance, increases your strength and flexibility. It promotes the maintenance of body weight, helps to accelerate weight loss and also prevents recovery. Knowing that obesity is one of the most common causes of death, it becomes essential to practice sport in order to act preventively! Sexually, sports activity results in good heart muscle endurance and good erectile function. A sport practice of 2 to 3 times per week, lasting between 45 and 50 minutes each time is recommended in order to be able to reap the benefits. The practice, of course, takes into account the ages and the state of health in general. Different types of activities: walking, dancing, swimming, gardening, resistance, bodybuilding, etc. NB: It is recommended to take a minimum of 10,000 steps every day !!!!!
